Colophon

Pathwise couldn’t exist without the help of numerous others. That’s what I call ‘standing on the shoulders of giants’.

Fictitious names

In the cases section, I use fictitious names to preserve the privacy of the original trainees. Every experience is a moment of learning, but can be a reason for defamation for an outsider. I wouldn’t wish that on anyone. Do you recognize someone’s story? Then keep it respectful, keep it to yourself.

Thank you!

The fine print

The spectrum

When I talk about ADHD on this website, feel free to also read ADD in it. These two are not identical. Both, together with other forms of neurodivergence, fall under the broader classification of the DSM-5. Within these frameworks, I sometimes use one term for readability, without wanting to deny that each variant has its own characteristics and challenges.

Research

The texts and blogs on this website are based on careful research, but I am not a psychologist. Where possible, my texts are supported by existing research and insights from others. I invite readers to judge with common sense what applies to them. If in doubt, I recommend consulting a qualified coach or psychologist.
